Three blocks south of the L&M on Healdsburg Avenue brings you to our towns' river beach Memorial Beach, a great place to Suntan or Swim. Next to the beach is River's Edge, a local Canoe and Kayak outfit. (Get your adventure on!) Just another block away is Wine country bikes, (Rentals and Sales) another adventure possibility! And would you believe it, right next door to that is a complex of fine wine tasting, Hudson Street Wineries and Davis Family Vineyards. So close to the L&M, and so worth checking out!

For the Estate winery seekers, the choices seem endless! In any direction from the L&M a short to long gorgeous drive will take you to Winecountry Paradise. With our local Wineroad map in hand, you can't go wrong!

After a long and joyful day of wine, your taste buds might be screaming Beer! Our local brewery Bear Republic, is just a few paces west of the town square, try the seasonal brew!

If less wine and more nature is needed, don't miss Lake Sonoma. A place for boating fishing and hiking. There is an overlook that gives spectacular views, bring a picnic! Also worth checking out is the Fish Hatchery and museum. 
 
In the Spring, Summer, and Fall our Local Farmer's Market takes place on Tuesday and Saturday, You Can't beat the Fresh Fare of the Land! And on Tuesdays bring your picnic to the Square for Live Music! Check with the Chamber of Commerce for performance line up.
